What participants will learn-

the basics of Insight Meditation

how to establish a regular practice

ways to regulate and organize the racing mind

how to surf the waves of difficult emotions

methods to strengthen self restraint

be present to life as it happens

strengthen resilience of body, mind, and heart
Sessions will be offered weekly.
They will include practice and discussion.
Cover basic practice methods and individualized plans.
Weekly attendance is encouraged but not required.
Starting June 6, 2024.
